  • 10 One-Hour Coaching Sessions: Weekly sessions focused on building self-confidence, self-love, and personal empowerment. Each session comes with action steps to help you stay focused and on track. The programme is designed for weekly sessions, but we can adjust to a bi-weekly schedule if that better suits your needs.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Support: For each coaching session, I dedicate an additional 2-3 hours to ensure your progress is fully supported. This includes preparation time to create personalized exercises, review your progress, and read your pre-session form. After our session, I summarize our discussion and craft tailored action steps and custom exercises to keep you moving forward.

  • Self-Care and Well-Being Techniques: Strategies to integrate self-care and well-being into your daily routine, including Daily Self-Care Routines (customized for you), Stress Management Techniques, and a Sleep and Nutrition Guide.

  • Mindset and Personal Growth Techniques: Learn methods to develop a positive mindset, including Visualization Practices, Affirmations, and Mindset Shifts that you can integrate into your daily life.

  • Personalized Empowerment Techniques: We’ll work together to identify and overcome emotional blocks, building self-confidence, self-love, and self-belief. I’ll help you discover which empowerment practices resonate most with you, fostering a mindset that supports your growth.

  • Resilience and Authentic Living: Develop the mental and emotional tools to overcome challenges and live authentically. We’ll explore a variety of techniques to help you embrace your true self, tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  • Progress Tracking: Regular assessments, including weekly check-ins and a personal growth journal, to monitor your progress and ensure you’re on the path to transformation. The programme concludes with a final review session to celebrate your growth and plan for continued empowerment.
